Minnesota Sex Offender to Move to Rochester Next Week
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Minnesota Sex Offender is set to move to Rochester next week.
That’s according to a community notification issued Monday morning by the Rochester Police Department. The man is described as a Level 3 Predatory Offender.
The notification says 46-year-old Clarence Antonio Washington is set to be provisionally discharged from the Minnesota Sex Offender Program on March 11.
He’ll reside at the Olmsted County government campus in the 2100 block of Campus Dr. Southeast. Washington has a history of sexually abusing female adolescent acquaintances as both a juvenile and adult, the notification says.
He has been committed to the Minnesota Sex Offender Program since October of 2008. Allegations of sexual misconduct against Washington were investigated by the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office in northwestern Minnesota.
