
Missing Minnesota Woman Airlifted After K-9 Finds Her Unresponsive in Wooded Area
Spicer, MN (KROC-AM News)- A missing Minnesota woman was rushed to a hospital after being found in the woods on Monday.

That’s according to a news release issued by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office. Limited information is available as of Tuesday morning.
The central Minnesota law enforcement agency responded to the report of a missing woman possibly being in distress shortly after 6 p.m.

K-9 Finds Missing Minnesota Woman Unresponsive in Heavily Wooded Area
The call for service came from the 6000 block of 132nd Ave. in Spicer. Responding deputies began canvassing the area on foot and deployed a K-9.
The news release says the K-9 locked onto a scent trail and led its handler into a heavily wooded area.
Authorities say the missing woman was found unresponsive and in need of medical attention in the wooded area.
First responders conducted life-saving measures at the scene and the woman was airlifted to a hospital in the Twin Cities for further care, the news release says.
Her name has not been released and the woman’s current condition is not known.
The news release does not say how far from the source of the call the woman was located and does not disclose the events that led up to her disappearance.
Authorities say the incident is under investigation.
