Missing Twin Cities Woman Found As Result of Rochester, MN Traffic Stop
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Rochester Police found a missing Twin Cities woman as the result of a traffic stop early Friday morning.

Police Captain Casey Moilanen said an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle that failed to signal a turn in the area of Hwy. 14 and 3rd Ave. in southeast Rochester around 12:45 a.m. The officer learned the woman was missing out of Ramsey County.
Moilanen said the woman also had a mental health apprehension order. The 23-year-old woman was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital for an evaluation.
Moilanen said she would be transported to Ramsey County following her release from St. Mary’s. The woman’s name will not be released due to the mental health apprehension order.
