MN Flu Activity Increasing
The Minnesota Health Department is receiving more confirmed cases of influenza, enough to increase the state’s activity level to regional - the highest it’s been so far this year. The latest report was based on information through last Saturday. The activity level was raised to local just the prior week.

There were 16 outbreaks of flu-like illnesses at schools last week, up from just four the previous week. And for the first time this season, there was an outbreak at a long term care facility.
