
MN State Patrol – Unbelted Motorist Killed in Early Morning Crash
St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol responded to a fatal crash early this morning in St. Paul.
Limited information about the deadly incident is available, but the State Patrol says it involved a pickup truck that was traveling east on a I-94 when it veered off the freeway and crashed into the guard rail. The crash was reported around 4 AM near the Dale Street interchange.

The victim was identified as 73-year-old Clemmie Tucker Senior of St. Paul. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The State Patrol report on the incident indicates he was not using a seatbelt.
