
Police Identify Minnesota Man Who Died After Being Pulled from River
Moorhead, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities have identified the man who was pronounced dead after being found in a northern Minnesota river last month.

He was pronounced dead at a hospital. The incident began as a missing person report on the afternoon of March 28.
Investigators sent his body to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy to identify the man and determine the cause and manner of his death.

Man Pronounced Dead After Being Pulled from Red River in Moorhead, MN Identified, Death Investigation Continues
The Moorhead Police Department said officers found the man in the Red River after responding to the missing person report in a residential area of Moorhead near the water.
First responders pulled the man from the water, revived him then transported him to the hospital, Moorhead Police said.
On Monday investigators identified the man as Robert Shane Cartwright of Moorhead. He was 63 years old.
Moorhead Police say his death remains under investigation, however the preliminary autopsy results indicate he did not die under suspicious circumstances.
