
Motorcycle Crash on Hwy. 52 in Rochester Sends Stewartville Woman to Hospital
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorcycle crash on Hwy. 52 in Rochester sent a Stewartville woman to the hospital Wednesday morning.

The State Patrol responded to the crash shortly before 9:45 a.m. The rider wiped out about a mile south of the 16th St. Southwest exit.
The state crash report identifies the motorcycle operator as 51-year-old Rhonda Lynn Lawstuen. She was traveling in the southbound lanes when the motorcycle was laid down along a curvy stretch of the freeway.
Lawstuen was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital with what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries. She was not wearing a helmet and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the report says.
The Rochester Fire Department, Rochester Police Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the motorcycle crash.
