31-year-old Jervontia Allen of Rochester was arrested following a traffic stop in July of 2024 in the 3100 block of Wellner Dr. NE in Rochester.

Olmsted County Sheriff’s deputies reported seeing drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and conducted a search, which led to the discovery of 27.5 grams of suspected cocaine, according to the sheriff’s office report.

In May of this year, Allen was charged with failure to appear after no-showing a court hearing in the 2024 drug case, according to court records.

Under the terms of the plea deal, Allen admitted to the third-degree drug possession charge, failure to appear count and two counts of third-degree DWI. All other charges were dismissed.
