
Rochester Man Enters Plea Deal to Resolve Five Cases, Including Drug Bust
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Rochester man has entered a plea agreement to settle five cases.

All five of the cases were filed in the last two years. He entered the plea agreement in Olmsted County Court last week.
One case was a drug bust in Rochester last year, another stems from the drug case, two cases were DWIs and another was for driving after cancelation.

Drug Case Among 5 Settled by Rochester Man's Plea Agreement
31-year-old Jervontia Allen of Rochester was arrested following a traffic stop in July of 2024 in the 3100 block of Wellner Dr. NE in Rochester.
Olmsted County Sheriff’s deputies reported seeing drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and conducted a search, which led to the discovery of 27.5 grams of suspected cocaine, according to the sheriff’s office report.
There was also cannabis in the vehicle that was stored in a non-compliant package.
Allen was charged with felony third degree drug possession, a gross misdemeanor count of driving with a canceled license-inimical to public safety, and a misdemeanor charge for allegedly having an open package of cannabis in a motor vehicle.
In May of this year, Allen was charged with failure to appear after no-showing a court hearing in the 2024 drug case, according to court records.
Under the terms of the plea deal, Allen admitted to the third-degree drug possession charge, failure to appear count and two counts of third-degree DWI. All other charges were dismissed.
A sentencing date has not yet been set.
