
Level 3 Predatory Offender Registers as Homeless in Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Level 3 Predatory Offender is now registered as homeless in Rochester.

That’s according to a Community Notification issued by the Rochester Police Department on Thursday.
The notification says the change of address took effect on July 14.

42-year-old Robert Martinez was convicted in a sex crime case in which he was accused of having sexual contact with a known female.

He had access to her while socializing with her and others. He was accused of using “interest and friendliness to coerce her to another location,” the notification says.
Once the two were isolated, he used force and threats of a weapon to maintain control, according to law enforcement.

The case was investigated by the Blooming Prairie Police Department. Martinez was released in January of 2025, according to the notification.
