Rochester beating suspects arraigned

Two Rochester men were arraigned today on robbery and felony assault charges in connection with a reported violent incident

earlier this week. 37 year old Robert Ferguson and 49 year old William Wilson were taken into custody early Tuesday in connection with the reported beating of a man. Police were called to Wilson’s residence in the 4200 block of 28th street southeast by a 33 year old man who says the two beat him and held him against his will until he was able to escape.  The man told police he went to the residence Monday night to talk about a debt he apparently owed one of the men.  Bail for Wilson was set at $250,000.  Ferguson’s bail was set at $100,000.
