Rochester Black Lives Matter Sign Set on Fire
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Black Lives Matter sign in the lawn of a Rochester home was set on fire earlier this week and police are treating the vandalism as a bias crime.
Capt John Sherwin says the home is in the 900 block of 7th Ave SW.
He says a neighbor called 911 to report the fire around 11 p.m. Wednesday. Sherwin says the department plans to submit a report to the state because of the nature of the incident.
