Rochester Man Accused of Posing as Boy Online to Obtain Sexually Explicit Material from Girls
24-year-old Christian Santiago Duran-Ayala is facing two counts of disseminating pornographic work depicting a minor under 14, three counts of possession of pornographic work depicting a minor under 14, three counts of using electronic communication to solicit sexual conduct from a child and a count of using minors in pornographic work.

The criminal complaint says police traced the accounts included in the tip to Duran-Ayala’s residence. He admitted to having hundred of files depicting minors engaging in sexual acts on his devices when officers served the search warrant.
Duran-Ayala says he used five of six accounts on the messaging app Kik to solicit the material. Investigators uncovered more than 10,000 messages from Duran-Ayala’s Kik account in which he portrayed a juvenile male, the complaint says.
Law enforcement found Duran-Ayala would send photos to users who were minors and would ask them to send him videos, the court document says.
Investigators found videos depicting girls as young as nine engaging in sexually explicit acts, the charges allege.
Duran-Ayala was released without bail following his first court appearance. He’s due back in court next month.
