Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- An arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect in a Rochester sex assault case involving two young victims.

Authorities filed the arrest warrant in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday. 

The court document says the case stems from a report taken by the Rochester Police Department last month. 

Rochester Man Man Wanted for Sex Assault of Two Young Girls

29-year-old Antonio Pacheco, who is listed as a Rochester resident in the complaint, is charged with two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. 

The court document alleges he sexually assaulted two young girls while they were all living together in Texas. One of the victims, who turned 10 this year, said Pacheco sexually abused her almost daily in Texas.

She also told police about two occasions when Pacheco molested her at a home in Eyota when she was nine, the complaint says.  

The other victim, described in the warrant as eight years old, told law enforcement that Pacheco also sexually abused her while they were living in Texas.

Both girls tested positive for a sexually-transmitted-infection in a medical exam that followed their interviews with law enforcement, the charges say. 

Investigators made arraignments to speak with Pacheco but he never showed, the court document says.
