Rochester Man Arrested for Assaulting, Choking Woman
UPDATE: This criminal case has been dismissed by the prosecution because the victim withdrew her statement.
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested early Wednesday for a domestic assault incident that sent a woman to the hospital with injuries and numerous bruises.
The 28-year-old woman has told police 30-year-old Quentin Townsell held her against her will from 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tuesday. The woman says Townsell assaulted and choked her several times.
The woman says after he finally left, she went to the hospital.
