Mankato, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a fatal drug overdose in Mankato.
A news release from the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force says 37-year-old Jesse Ray Skelly was taken into custody in Rochester today. He was then transported to Mankato and is being held on a third-degree murder charge.
It is alleged that Skelly was the supplier of a substance that delivered a lethal dose of fentanyl to a Mankato woman. 26-year-old Alissa Troester was found dead in her home on August 28th and an autopsy later determined her death was caused by fentanyl toxicity.
