Rochester Man Allegedly Caught With Loaded "Ghost Guns."

The court document indicates two officers managed to catch up with the man, and while he was being held on the ground, the suspect repeatedly mentioned that there were guns in his backpack. A search of the backpack led to the discovery of two so-called “ghost guns” lacking serial numbers. One had a fully loaded 16 round magazine and a bullet in the chamber and the other held seven bullets.

The charges allege the man physically resisted arrest as the officers were placing him in the back of a squad car. It is also alleged that he became violent with detention deputies after his arrival at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center, where a detention deputy was bitten on the arm.
