Rochester Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Young Child
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Criminal sexual conduct charges have been filed against a Rochester man who is accused of sexually abusing and assaulting a young child more than ten years ago.
The criminal complaint charging 42-year-old Bradley Zillgitt was filed March 28th in Olmsted County Court.
He is charged with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct and indecent exposure.
According to the complaint, the abuse began in 2001 when the victim was 11 or 12-years-old and continued through 2006. The complaint also indicates Zillgitt, may have used a cellphone to send lewd photographs while he was in the service and deployed overseas.
Zillgitt was ordered to make his first court appearance in May.
