Rochester Man Hurt in Early Morning Fight
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man had to undergo surgery early Sunday after suffering a significant gash to his upper right arm while involved in a fight outside a residence at Oak Terrace Estates along Marion Road SE.
Police officers were called to the mobile home park about 1:30 a.m. and found the victim. He was taken to St. Mary’s by ambulance.
It’s not known if the 28 year old victim lives at the residence where the fight took place or was visiting. There were several other people there. The victim told officers he was cut by either a knife or broken beer bottle. The man he was fighting had left before officers arrived and at last check, was still being sought.
A police spokesman says it appears the two men know each other.
