Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) – The search for a missing Rochester man is over.

46-year-old Andrew Nevenheim apparently drowned Thursday while playing with his dog in Bear Creek near Riverside Central school.

Police Capt. Casey Moilanen said Friday there was no sign of foul play or anything suspicious.

A search of the fast-moving water was conducted Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday and resumed Sunday morning.

Moilanen says his body was recovered around 10:00 AM Sunday in Silver Lake. Moilanen says "This appears to be a tragic accident. "

He says several agencies supported and assisted the police department in the search. The agencies consisted of the Rochester Fire Department, Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol, and the Minnesota and Wisconsin Search and Rescue. Scheels of Rochester also donated equipment that was used to help search for Mr. Nevenheim
