The warrant complaint was filed in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday. The charges stem from a controlled drug buy and subsequent search warrant.

Members of the Cannon River Drug Task force set up a controlled buy at a business in the 4500 block of 18th Ave. Northwest in Rochester in August.

Authorities then obtained search warrants for Barker’s home, vehicle and person and attempted to execute the warrants on September 12. Law enforcement saw Barker leaving her northwest Rochester home and pulled her vehicle over, the charges say.
