
(UPDATE) Missing Rochester Teenager Found Safe
(UPDATE) Late Sunday afternoon, Rochester police announced that Layla had been found safe and thanked everyone for their efforts to find her.
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has issued a missing person alert for a teenage girl.
Police are requesting the public's help in locating 14-year-old Layla Sue Spandau-Nelson. She was last seen in northwest Rochester wearing a light grey hoodie, pink pajama pants, white sneakers with pink accents, and carrying a grey/black backpack.
Layla is described as being 5'3" tall, weighing 105 pounds, with hazel eyes, brown hair, and braces.
The alert asks that anyone with information about Layla's whereabouts to contact Rochester police at 507-328-6800, or by calling 911.
