Rochester Real Estate Could Get Hot This Summer

There are indications the Rochester real estate market could get hot this summer. Robin Gwaltney with Gwaltney Group RE/MAX Results says statistics show the market has remained fairly healthy through the pandemic and surveys indicate there are a significant number of sellers who are primed to put their homes up for sale as the economy reopens in coming weeks.
