Rochester Real Estate Market Trends + Finance Options That Require Small Down Payments

Robin Gwaltney with Gwaltney Group RE/MAX Results talked about market trends and mortgages this week. Robin looked back at some predictions for the year and current data that shows those somewhat pessimistic forecasts haven't been all that accurate, particularly in the Rochester real estate market. Robin also brought along Heather Fuelberth from Bell Bank Mortgages in Rochester to share information about the various options available for financing a home purchase, including some that require very small down payments.
