
Woman Run Over by Car in Rochester Mobile Home Park, Teen Driver Charged
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A teenage motorist from Rochester is facing a felony after a woman was hit by a vehicle in a Rochester mobile home park.

Rochester police arrested the motorist on Tuesday.
The criminal complaint was filed in Olmsted County Court on Thursday. The incident occurred Sunday.
18-Year-Old Rochester Man Arrested After Woman was Run Over at Oak Terrace Mobile Home Park
Officers responded to the report of an injured woman lying in the street shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday at the Oak Terrace Mobile Home Park, located at 1618 Marion Rd SE.
A man in the area told police he heard screaming, rounded a corner and saw the victim lying in the street.
Officers attempted to speak with the victim but she was unable to give a statement, the complaint says. She was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.
Through witness statements, officers learned the victim was at the mobile home park with her boyfriend and 18-year-old Curtis Deangelo Williams.
Chaotic Moment Precedes Woman Being Run Over, Complaint says
The complaint says the three had been together throughout the day and that officers were told the victim had been intoxicated. Witnesses also told police that Williams was driving them around.
The three went to the mobile home part to return the victim to a residence.

Williams and the victim’s boyfriend told police that the victim got out of the residence and grabbed onto the car’s passenger side window as Williams was leaving the park, the court document says.
They stated the victim broke the passenger side window and began punching her boyfriend in the head, according to the complaint.

The complaint indicates the victim lost her grip on the car and was run over. Her boyfriend told Williams they had to drive away because prohibited from being around the victim due to a court order.
Brain Bleed Among Multiple Injuries Suffered by Victim
The victim suffered a brain bleed, fractures in her right ear, a skull fracture, severe lung bruising and a collapsed lung, a fractured rib, and road rash from head to toe.
She was sedated and had a breathing tube, according to the complaint.
Williams is charged with criminal vehicular operation. He was released without bail following his first court appearance and is due back in court next month.
