Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A suspected Rochester heroin dealer was arrested Thursday and may be facing a murder charge.

Police Lt. Mike Sadauskis says officers arrested 52-year-old Michelle Williams at her home.

Sadauskis says officers had been using an informant to buy heroin from Williams over a period of a few months. It was decided to arrest Williams after the 32-year-old informant died from a heroin overdose March 30th.

After her arrest, Williams admitted she gave some heroin to the informant the day he died. She also said she had sold him heroin “about 100 times. “ Sadauskis says her admission came before she was told he had died.

For now, she is facing drug charges
