Rural Olmsted County Building Wiped Out by Fire
Byron, MN (KROC AM News) - A fire wiped out a building at a rural Olmsted County property early Thursday.
The fire at the Charles and Pamela Tvedt site near Salem Corners was reported by a neighbor around 3:30 AM.
Fire crews from Byron and Kasson arrived to find a machine shed engulfed in flames. The firefighters were told the building contained “junk” and an operating wood burning stove.
The cause is under investigation. No damage estimate was given.
