I saw this on Facebook on the Friends of The Northland Firewire page earlier today. According to their post, Pike-Sandy Britt, Virginia, and Mt. Iron fire departments responded.
WDIO reports that the fire started at 10:20 this morning along Highway 53. The bus driver was able to escape without injury. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
