Search For Missing Vulnerable Minnesota Teenager CANCELLED
UPDATE - A missing person for a missing vulnerable Minnesota teenager has been cancelled. Washington County officials say 18-year-old Elizabeth Burton of Baytown has been located and is safe.
Baytown TWP, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide endangered missing persons alert was issued today in the case of a missing Minnesota teenager.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the Sheriff's Office in Washington County is requesting help from the public in locating 18-year-old Elizabeth "Lizzie" Burton. She was last seen on Tuesday when she left her residence in Baytown Township on foot.
Officials say she is considered a vulnerable adult.
Burton is described as Native American, 4-11, 260 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black or blue sweater, blue stretchable leggings, along with pink Nike shoes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts or something that could be useful in the search for the young woman is asked to contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 651-430-7826.
