Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Police responded to a shooting Monday night at a Rochester Walmart store.

Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says officers responded to the gunfire shortly after 11 p.m.

Responding officers found multiple shell casings outside of an entrance to the store, according to the police report.

Rochester Police Investigating Shooting at North Walmart Store

The shooting occurred at the north Walmart store, located at 3400 55th St. NW.

Witnesses told officers they saw a group of people run into the store, heard gunfire then saw a vehicle drive off. 

Grayson says no known gunshot victims were located. 

As of Tuesday afternoon no suspects are in custody. The shooting is under investigation, Grayson said.
