His latest conviction was for felony theft. According to the criminal complaint, a Rochester police officer was dispatched to the Walmart South store in December 2023 to deal with an uncooperative shoplifter. The court document says Chadack was caught exiting the store with a shopping cart full of stolen merchandise.

The criminal complaint stated the items in the shopping cart were valued at more than $2,100.
