Sherwin says Beasley is considered a “significant dealer” who is possibly linked to some recent heroin overdoses in the Rochester area. Sherwin says he is also suspected of selling to other dealers in the area.

The value of the seized heroin has been put at more than $40,000. An individual dose is a tenth of a gram and sells for $20.
