The State of Minnesota continued to enjoy better than expected tax revenues at the end of last year.The latest numbers from the Minnesota Department of Management and Budget show overall general fund tax collections in November and December totaled $3.33-billion dollars.  That was $172-million dollars, or 5.4-percent, above the level predicted by the most recent state revenue forecast.  Officials say individual income, corporate and sales tax receipts were all higher than expected.
