Statewide Missing Persons Alert For Missing Minnesota Teen

Moorhead, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide missing person alert was issued today by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for a young man who was last seen on Monday.

The BCA issued the alert on behalf of the Moorhead Police Department, which has been actively searching for 19-year-old Arthur Wiebe. He was last seen Monday night walking away from his family's shop in Moorhead.

Officials say does not have a cell phone, access to a vehicle, or credit/debit cards.

Wiebe was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with black near the shoulder, gray pants, and darker colored shoes. He is described as white, 5-8, 140 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
