Suspected Affair Gets Rochester Man Into Trouble
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man got himself into trouble Monday after he reportedly caught his partner with another lover.
Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Scott Behrns says deputies were contacted about the incident Monday afternoon and later arrested 48-year-old Ricardo Rivera.
Behrns says deputies were told Rivera had kicked in the front door of a residence in Stewartville where he found his common-law wife and a 42-year-old man. Behrns says Rivera chased the two into a bathroom and threatened them with a knife. Behrns says the woman was able to calm Rivera and he left.
He is now facing burglary and assault charges.
