St. Cloud, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities are looking for the suspects in a deadly shooting that occurred late Tuesday night in central Minnesota

A news release from the St. Cloud Police Department says officers responded to the report of a shooting shortly before midnight at an apartment complex. 


Officers responding to the shooting located a victim described as an adult male suffering a gunshot wound. Police say the man died at the scene despite life-saving efforts from officers and paramedics.

The initial investigation indicates the suspects fled the area immediately after the shooting. Police believe the shooting was not random. 

The Minnesota BCA responded to the apartment complex to assist investigators with processing the scene. The gunshot victim’s body was taken to the Midwest Medical Examiner’s office for an autopsy. 

Officials say the investigation is ongoing and that no arrests have been made. Authorities are asking anyone with information regarding the shooting to contact the St. Cloud Police Department or Tri-County Crime Stoppers.
