Man Accused of Threatening Woman, Pulling at Her Child in Rochester Parking Ramp
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Olmsted County Attorney’s Office has charged a 39-year-old man in connection to an incident that occurred in a downtown Rochester parking ramp.

Court documents in the case say the Rochester Police Department responded to the report of an assault in the Mayo Civic Center parking ramp around 9:30 Sunday morning. The victim told officers she, her child and her boyfriend were walking out of the Mayo Civic Center when a man started yelling at them.
The criminal complaint says the man yelled "that is my child, give me my child!" Prosecutors say the man then pulled at the child and said "this is my child, I gave birth to her, this is not your child!"
The victim told officers the man charged at them and threatened to kill them after they had gotten into their vehicle, the charges say. The woman shared a photo of the suspect with police who were then called to Chester’s Restaurant around 9:45 a.m. by staff reporting a man was screaming about people letting go of their children.
Officers say the subject matched the photo taken by the woman in the parking lot. Police then arrested the suspect, identified as Kyle Gunn, the complaint says.
Gunn was arraigned on a felony count of terroristic threats in Olmsted County Court Tuesday morning. Court documents indicate Gunn has posted a $20,000 bond set by the judge in the case. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 29.
