Teenager Taken to Hospital After Crash With School Bus Near Chatfield
Chatfield, MN (KROC-AM News) - A 16-year-old girl was transported to St. Marys Hospital following a traffic crash involving a school bus this afternoon.
The girl was driving a car that collided with the bus on Highway 52 near Chatfield shortly after 3 p.m. The State Patrol report says both vehicles were headed north on the highway when the collision occurred. The name of the teenage driver and information about the extent of her injuries has not been released.
There were 12 students on the bus at the time. The State Patrol says none of them were injured.

A Stewartville woman was injured this morning in a rollover crash near Hayfield.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 22-year-old Jessica Larson was traveling west on Highway 30 when she lost control while attempting to pass another vehicle around 9 AM. Her car ended up rolling into the ditch. The road conditions at the time were listed as wet.
The State Patrol says Larson was transported to St. Mary’s hospital with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
