
Two 17-Year-Olds Arrested After Fight and Shooting in Parking Lot of Crossroads Shopping Center in Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Two teenagers are in custody after a fight escalated into gunfire in the parking lot of a Rochester shopping center.

Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson says officers responded to the report of shots being fired shortly after 9:30 Tuesday night.
Both of the suspects were arrested during a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.

17-Year-Old Boys Arrested Following Fight & Shooting at Crossroads Shopping Center Parking Lot in Southwest Rochester
The reported altercation and shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Cross Roads Shopping Center in the area of South Broadway Ave. and Hwy. 14 in southwest Rochester.
Police say a firearm was discharged after a physical altercation began and the involved individuals fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
Arrests Made During Traffic Stop
Grayson says the traffic stop that led to the arrests occurred around 12:15 a.m. Police are describing the suspected shooter as a 17-year-old boy.
The other suspect arrested is also a 17-year-old boy. Grayson says both teenagers are from Rochester.
The teen suspects were taken to the East Central Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Anoka County, Grayson said.
The preliminary investigation indicates the shooting was not random, according to Rochester police.
