Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A trial date has been set in a Rochester drive-by shooting case.

The judge presiding over the case scheduled a pre-trial hearing on March 5th and jury selection on March 9th after 25-year-old Iman Iman today waived his right to an evidentiary hearing and entered not guilty pleas to attempted murder, felony assault, and other charges. He’s accused of being the shooter in an incident in northwest Rochester on April 24th that left a man with gunshot wounds to his legs.

Iman is also facing attempted murder and felony assault charges stemming from a shooting last month at the Meadow Park Apartments. In that case, he and another man are accused of being involved in an attack on a man who suffered gunshot wounds to his head, chest and leg that left him paralyzed from the neck down.

Iman is scheduled to appear for an evidentiary hearing in that case in early November.
