Caledonia, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Houston County Sheriff's Office is reporting a significant drug bust.

A news release issued by Sheriff Brian Swedberg says deputies executed a search warrant at a home in Caledonia Thursday afternoon and seized fentanyl, methamphetamine, and prescription medications. He says the investigation also led to the seizure of a substantial amount of money and a firearm.

The two occupants of the residence were taken into custody. They have been identified as Alecia Cadmus and Andrew Hanson.

The Sheriff says his office was assisted in the investigation by the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team, the Fillmore County Sheriff's Office, Caledonia Police Department, and Caledonia EMS.
