Unresponsive Toddler Pulled From Twin Cities Swimming Pool

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. (AP) — Authorities say a 2-year-old Golden Valley boy has been found unresponsive in a swimming pool at his home.

The Hennepin County sheriff's office say a 911 caller reported about 1:30 p.m. Monday that the boy was found at the bottom of the outdoor pool.

The boy was unresponsive when he was pulled from the pool. First responders immediately began CPR when they arrived.

The boy is being treated at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale. The sheriff's office is investigating.
