Osakis, MN (KROC-AM News)- A passenger van carrying eight minors was involved in a rollover crash in rural central Minnesota over the weekend.

The State Patrol says the crash was reported along I-94 in Todd County shortly before 6:30 p.m. Saturday. The vehicle was heading east on I-94.

The state crash report indicates the van went off the road, entered the ditch and rolled about 13 miles east of the Alexandria exit. The report says one of the eight minors riding in the van was brought to a nearby hospital with what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries. 

The van driver, identified as 36-year-old Antonina Martin of Fargo, ND was not hurt. Troopers say Martin was buckled and not under the influence of alcohol. 

The hometowns of the eight minors in the van have not been disclosed. The State Patrol reported seeing snow and ice on the road at the time of the crash
