Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) -  Luck finally ran out Sunday night for a wanted Rochester man.

Olmsted County deputies alerted about a stolen vehicle from the Eyota area around 8:45 PM spotted it a short while later and began chasing it south of Rochester in the Simpson area. Stop sticks were used but the driver kept going, driving on the rims. The vehicle crashed into a snowbank near the intersection of South Broadway and 20th St SE around 9:15 and the driver was taken into custody. He has been identified as 35-year-old James Minter. He’s the same guy who led deputies on two separate chases last week. Both were ended due to safety concerns.  Minter was wanted on a long list of charges and is now facing more.

The weekend hunt for Minter resulted in another arrest.

A man was seen leaving a rural home that was under surveillance on a snowmobile Sunday morning. Officers thought Minter was the driver and a long pursuit began.  Officers set up a large perimeter that extended to near the Rochester airport. The man drove through fields and was able to avoid being caught for about two hours. He finally crashed and took off on foot but was later caught - and that’s when it was learned the driver was not Minter, but 46-year-old Bradley Kazos who was arrested.  It was also learned the snowmobile had been stolen.
