Watch Biggest Great Lake Ship Depart Duluth Under Hunter’s Moon
I remember a couple of weeks ago we were driving home from dinner when we noticed the supermoon. It's the brightest supermoon of the year, known as the Hunter's Moon. It was remarkable to see it just above the treetops south of Superior, Wisconsin.
It just so happens that looking up at the same moon was my friend Mike who was working on a new YouTube video showing the largest Great Lakes ship sailing under the lift bridge with the supermoon above.

The ship is the Paul R. Tregurtha.. It's the flagship of the Interlake Steamship Company. She's the current Queen of the Great Lakes and is the largest of all the lakers.
Vibe with Mike is a boat enthusiast and he just keeps racking up subscribers that share his passion. I've asked him before why so many people are in love with Duluth's Aerial Lift Bridge and Canal. One of the reasons is there are few places you as the public can get so close to one of these 1,000-foot ships. Tourists love it because the boats are operating within feet of you. Most people agree it's a pretty cool sight.
His videos have people from all over the world watching our small city of Duluth, Minnesota. If you don't believe me, just read his comments section.
We're entering the stormy season here on The Great Lakes, the gales of November are coming, and Vibe with Mike will be sharing more of his most popular kind of videos: the ones with heavy waves.
