Over the past 30 years, the department chain known for its Blue Light Specials has gradually shut down its stores, and now they've announced that the last one will close next month.
CNN reported this morning that the last Kmart in Bridgehampton, New York, will permanently close on October 20. According to the report, Kmart still runs a smaller convenience store version, but the large department stores will no longer be around.
