Burnsville, MN (KROC-AM News)- A rollover crash on a Twin Cities freeway claimed a woman’s life Monday evening.

The State Patrol responded to the fatal rollover shortly after 7 p.m. It happened on I-35W in Burnsville. 

The state crash report says an SUV left the southbound lanes of the freeway at the Southcross Dr. underpass. The SUV then rolled down an embankment and came to rest on its roof. 

The SUV driver, who was the lone occupant in the vehicle, has been identified as 55-year-old Leslie Ann Fitzgerald Doll. She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The report says it’s unknown if alcohol was involved in the deadly crash and its uncertain whether or not she was buckled up. The road was described as dry at the time of the fatal wreck.
