Young Child Among Six Injured in Two Rollovers Near Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Six people, including a young child, were transported to St. Mary’s Hospital on Friday following rollover crashes on I-90 in southeastern Minnesota
The first crash was reported around 9:15 about five miles southwest of Stewartville, where a 38-year-old St. Paul woman lost control of her vehicle and it rolled in the median. The State Patrol says Susanna Morelos and 7-year-old Elizabeth Ryan of St. Paul required treatment for non-life threatening injuries. Three other children in the vehicle, ages 8, 10, and 15, were not hurt.
The second rollover was reported less than an hour later a few miles east of St. Charles and also involved a vehicle that rolled in the median of the freeway. All four occupants were young women from the La Crosse area and were transported to Rochester with what were described as non-life threatening injuries. The State Patrol identified the driver as 18-year-old Makenna Gullickson of Onalaska. Her three passengers were listed as:
17-year-old Eliora Fredrichs of Onalaska, 18-year-old Joely Kline of Onalaska, and 21-year-old Courtney Rossen from Holmen, Wisconsin.
