RDA Looking For New Executive Director

The Rochester Downtown Alliance is going through a leadership change.The RDA Board announced the resignation of Executive Director Jon Eckhoff this morning.  He has held the post since 2009.  A statement issued by the organization lauded Eckhoff’s accomplishments, including boosting attendance at the popular Thursdays on First and Third and SocialICE events in downtown Rochester.

“In his four years with the Rochester Downtown Alliance, Jon has truly made downtown Rochester ‘The Place To Be,’” states RDA board of directors president Chancellor Stephen Lehmkuhle. “As we continue to work to enhance downtown Rochester and position it as a destination for visitors, families, and commerce, we will seek leadership that continues to build on Jon’s valued accomplishments.”
