Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) -  For the first time in three months, gasoline prices in Minnesota have gone back over $2 a gallon.

Statewide prices slipped below that level in early December and were as low as $1.45 in mid February. According to Minnesotagasprices.com, they have been steadily rising since then.

Rochester’s price for regular fell as low as $1.35 before the increases began.The citywide average for regular went up another dime Monday night to $1.93 and could soon be over two bucks a gallon.

As of Tuesday morning, numerous stations in Twin Cities suburbs were at $1.99 a gallon. Several had prices of more than $2.00
