Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Two new members will be joining the Destination Medical Center Economic Development Agency Board of Directors next month.

A news release issued by the DMC Economic Development Agency says Roberta Dressen and Dennis Dahlen have been selected to succeed Harry Hoffman and Jerry Bell, who will be stepping down at the end of this year. Both appointments are for three-year terms on the board.

“We are delighted to welcome Bobbie Dressen and Dennis Dahlen to the DMC EDA board,” said Dr. Clark Otley, president of DMC EDA. “With their incredible accomplishments and breadth of experience, Bobbie and Dennis will be excellent contributors to the success of the Destination Medical Center initiative.”

Dressen is the CEO of the Medical Alley Association and previously held leadership roles with Allina Health, UnitedHealth Group, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic. The news release says she earned an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas.

Dahlen is the chief financial officer of Mayo Clinic. The news release says he joined Mayo in 2017 after serving as the CFO at Banner Health in Arizona, where he also worked in several other executive positions since he joined Banner Health in 1999. Dahlen holds an MBA from Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
